Former Federal Prosecutor Says Trump Will Likely Be an ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirator' in Mueller Probe

On MSNBC’s The Last Word, host Lawrence O’Donnell chronicled the overwhelming amount of evidence showing links between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.


“How can Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller and his staff keep up with all of the suspicious developments in the Trump relationship to Russia and Vladimir Putin?” O’Donnell asked.

O’Donnell then spoke with Joyce Vance, a former federal prosecutor. Her takeaway from what we’ve seen so far is that the Mueller team is likely to issue a subpoena for the President’s testimony. There’s also a high likelihood of Mueller naming President Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Russia investigation.
