'They Make It All Up!': Nicolle Wallace Tears Up Her Notes As She Exposes Trump Jr.'s Blatant Lies

Media

MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace has had enough of the endless stream of lies coming from the White House and President Donald Trump's family.

On Monday, she was so exasperated with the deception that she tore up her notes containing the falsehoods on air.

The lies that got her so fired up were about the infamous meeting Donald Trump Jr. held with Russians in Trump Tower during the campaign as part of an attempt to acquire dirt on Hillary Clinton. In a series of misleading statements, Trump Jr. had initially tried to make it seems as though the meeting had nothing to do with election inference and said it was about adoptions.

And despite having previously denied his the president's involvement in the statement, President Trump's lawyer Jay Sekulow has finally admitted that the president dictated the entire misleading statement. This revelation contradicts Trump Jr.'s testimony to Congress on the matter, as Wallace noted.

"Don Jr. also lied about this," she said, quoting from the congressional transcript:

Q. The Washington Post has since reported that your father was involved in drafting your July 8th statement. Is that correct?

A. I don’t know. I never spoke to my father about it.

Q. Do you know who did draft that statement?

A. Well, there were numerous statements drafted with counsel and other people were involved and, you know, opined.

Q. To the best of your knowledge, did the President provide any edits to the statement or other input

A. He may have commented through Hope Hicks.

"Lies! Lies! Lies!" Wallace said. "They make it all up!"
