Michael Cohen Is Still Deputy Finance Chair of RNC While Under Serious Criminal Investigation

National spokesperson for the Republican National Committee Kayleigh McEnany has confirmed that President Donald Trump's fixer Michael Cohen is somehow still the deputy finance chair of the RNC.

"We'll take it step by step, day by day," she told Cheddar White House correspondent J.D. Durkin.

Cohen has been under criminal investigation for months for his business dealings.

In April, the F.B.I. raided his office as part of the ongoing investigation.

CNN confirms that Cohen also met with a Russian oligarch in 2017 who is now under U.S. sanction.
