Watch These GOP Officials Flee When Asked What They Plan to Do About Gun Violence

Watch this:

What do NRA-backed politicians plan to do about gun violence beyond 'thoughts and prayers'? Nothing

In short, I caught up with Representatives Marsha Blackburn (Koch-brother supported candidate for Tennessee Senate in 2018) and Ron Desantis (2018 Republican candidate for Governor in Florida (and to a lesser extent, Patrick McHenry (R, NC) and Darryl Issa (R, CA))). I asked them what their plans were for addressing gun violence.

Spoiler alert: I don’t let them get away by merely offering thoughts and prayers.

Adding: this video has been watched almost 2 million times, and has over 50,000 shares. I work for American Bridge, and we’ll be pitching this video to local media in Florida and Tennessee. We’re going to do everything we can to make this a campaign issue for people that won’t lift a finger to stop the NRA from killing our families.

You can help.

Copy that link and send it to your local news media if you are represented by politicians in the NRA’s pockets. Every NRA lackey should be forced to admit that they have no interest in protecting families from gun violence.
