Trump Supporter Jack Kingston Called Africans 'Extremely Fine People' - Symone Sanders Did This
Former Georgia GOP Congressman Jack Kingston, a supporter of President Donald Trump, struggled to defend the president's racist diatribe in which he called the countries of "sh*thole countries."
“As you probably know, I traveled many times with the Congressional Black Caucus to Africa,” Kingston said. “I was very involved with it, as was Senator Jim Inhofe (R-OK)."
His defense went downhill fast.
“They’re extremely fine people,” Kingston continued condescendingly, after informing the television audience that he sponsored "three children since they've been in an orphanage."
Symone Sanders, former press secretary to Sen. Bernie Sanders, stared wide-eyed in disbelief as Kingston spoke.
After collecting herself, Sanders laid out the facts.
“The President of the United States is [...] making broad generalizations about an entire group of people based on where they live, because he’s ignorant of their experience," she said. "We need to have a frank conversation about that.”
