Seth Meyers Knows Who Trump Would Be if He Were a Cartoon Character

President Trump continues to raise eyebrows for negotiating with Democrats and publicly criticizing Republicans, with Democrats claiming they've reached a deal with the president to save DACA recipients from deportation.

On Thursday's Late Night, host Seth Meyers highlighted how Trump's antics brought to mind a certain famous Looney Tunes character: “[Trump] might be the worst negotiator since Daffy Duck."

In a famous bit, Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck evade hunter Elmer Fudd by each pointing the barrel of a gun toward the other's head. "Duck season," Bugs says, as he pushes the gun toward Daffy's head. "Wabbit season!" Daffy exclaims as he pushes the gun back at Bugs.

The screwball comedy bit finds Daffy outwitted by Bugs, who tricks the duck into pointing the gun at himself and yelling, "Duck season! Fire!" 

Unlike in actual hunting, the duck survives the hunter's vicious attack. Trump's presidency amid his ever-shifting loyalties may be a different story.
