Seth Meyers Calls Out ‘Putin’s Favorite Congressman,’ Republican Dana Rohrabacher

NBC host Seth Meyers used his Late Night "Check In" segment Wednesday to discuss Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, the California Republican who earned the title of "Putin's favorite legislator," according to Meyers.

"Congressman Dana Rohrabacher has been staunchly defending the Russian government against accusations they meddled in our election,” Meyers said. “In fact, he thinks the entire Trump-Russia story is a farce.”

Meyers explained how the congressman actually knows Putin personally and highlighted a bizzare NPR story about his interaction with Putin.

“Rohrabacher claims to have lost a drunken arm wrestling match to Putin in the early ’90s at a bar in downtown Washington after a game of touch football," Meyers said.
