Sarah Huckabee Sanders Completely Fails Question on Black Republicans

Reporter April Ryan began the uncomfortable exchange with White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders by inquiring about President Donald Trump's meeting with Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC). She asked specifically whether the Trump administration would be adding another black Republican. It didn't go well.

“There are certainly conversations about adding additional personnel that can tap into the African-American community,” Sanders offered. Whether this person with the skill to "tap into the African-American community" would actually be black was not answered.

Maybe some names were tossed around to give us a clue? Nope. “Specific people didn’t come up," Sanders said.
