Richard Spencer Is Holding Press Conferences from His Home Because No Washington D.C. Hotel Will Have Him

BuzzFeed News reports that white supremacist Richard Spencer had to hold a press conference from an office in his D.C. apartment because no hotel would let him use their facilities.

Spencer's planned conference was axed by at least two hotels before he wound up back at his part-time residence in Arlington, Virginia.

During the conference, Spencer cast doubt on the culpability of James Fields, the man who is being charged for killing one woman and injuring nine others in a vehicular attack on anti-racist protesters. He also called President Trump's condemnation of white supremacy "vapid nonsense."

It's not clear how long Spencer will be spewing his hatred from the Arlington apartment. According to Buzzfeed, neighbors are already complaining about his presence.
