The world was aghast as a first daughter sat in for her father at the Group of 20 meeting in Hamburg, Germany. Ivanka Trump took her father's seat among world leaders, sitting directly between Chinese President Xi Jinping and British Prime Minister Theresa May. Unsurprisingly, Twitter was shocked:
