Samantha Bee Has a Field Day with Jared Kushner: 'Just a Complete, F*cking Idiot'

Trump returned from his embarrassing first trip abroad as president to a White House in chaos. Naturally, he took to Twitter early Wednesday to let out his frustration.

“Trump is right, he really does have the best words!” "Full Frontal" host Samantha Bee opened Wednesday, a reference to his now-infamous "covfefe" tweet, which remained up for an alarming six hours.

"The Twitterverse greeted covfefe’s arrival with unfettered rapture,” Bee added. “We are covfefe, we’ll all be dead real soon!”

Trump's bizarre error accomplished one thing: it briefly distracted the media from Jared Kushner's proposed secret back channel with Russia, which has moved him toward the center of the president's growing collusion scandal.

“Look, we can’t assume that Jared knowingly broke the law,” Bee noted. “It’s possible that the Russians planted this story to screw with us. It’s also possible that the person POTUS trusts with negotiating Mideast peace, reforming the criminal justice system, solving the opioid epidemic, advising the commander-in-chief and reinventing the entire government is just a complete, f__king idiot! How comforting.”

And covfefe's hidden meaning? Perhaps the looming vetting process Trump's tweets could undergo.

"He cannot live like this!” Bee remarked on Trump's reported glumness. “Trump without screaming mobs and Twitter bots is like Tinker Bell without clapping. Oh, it is a dark time for this president."
