Stephen Colbert Cooks Kellyanne Conway's Bizarre Microwave Conspiracy Theory

On Monday night, Stephen Colbert gave new meaning to "hot take" when he took on Kellyanne Conway's latest whopper — that Barack Obama might have spied on Donald Trump through a microwave.

"I'm not Inspector Gadget," she told CNN's Chris Cuomo.

"Okay, Inspector Gadget had all sorts of tools at his disposal, gadget skates, gadget 'copter," Colbert noted Monday. "Kellyanne Conway has only one move, 'go, go alternative facts.' "

Conway also confessed she's "not in the job of having evidence," an admission that left the "Late Night" host with even more questions.

"Who has that evidence job?" he asked. "'Cause it's certainly not Paul Ryan or Tom Price, and it would be nice to know if Obama was spying on everyone through the popcorn setting on our microwaves."
