Orlando Shooter's Father Warns Young People Against ISIS: 'Don’t Fall in the Trap'

Seddique Mateen, father of Omar Mateen reflected on the murders committed by his son this past weekend on Wednesday:


"My son and the 50 people who passed away, you are my family" Mateen announced. "We all are the victims of terrorism."

Mateen continued, offering gratitude to President Obama and a message to young people.

"I want to send my message out to youngsters. Don’t fall in the trap of this ISIS killer group. They are [an] anti-family, anti-community, anti-religion group, ISIS," Mateen said.
