Donald Trump's address to the annual conference of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) was classic Trump for rhetorical fireworks and vague promises. But as the man gets closer to the nomination of the Republican Party, his words are beginning to carry greater weight—and have a dangerous effect on foreign affairs.
