Here Are the Ten Sweatiest Cities in the U.S.

A new study released by Honeywell Fans in partnership with Environmental Health & Engineering breaks down the top 10 sweatiest cities in the United States based on temperature, humidity, population, housing density and wind speed.

The findings coincide with the release of another study. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the American Meteorological Society's annual state of the climate report just revealed that ocean surface temperatures were the warmest they've ever been in 135 years of keeping records. 2014 was the warmest year ever according to four different measuring systems.

You can read a list of the sweatiest U.S. spots below.

1.) Tampa, Florida

2.) Miami, Florida

3.) Houston, Texas

4.) San Diego, California

5.) Orlando, Florida

6.) Washington, D.C.

7.) Raleigh, North Carolina

8.) Los Angeles, California

9.) Dallas, Texas

10.) Charlotte, North Carolina
