WATCH: Jon Stewart Comes Up with New, Hilarious Ways to Mock Donald Trump

Jon Stewart nearly left the Daily Show early when he heard the devastating news that Donald Trump had not filed his offical papers declaring himself a presidential candidate on last night's show. What's the point of even doing comedy if Trump is not serious?

Saved by the bell, though. The Donald came through.

What ensued was comedy gold, mostly consisting of Trump actually talking as if he knows anything. The aspiring Diplomat in Chief said in one interview that Iraq does not exist.

"You know you can't fire countries, right?" Stewart said.

Trump's post-announcement tour, including a drubbing by Bill O'Reilly, added absurdity on top of absurdity. "You know you're in trouble when the guy who came up with the idea of creating an mercenary army to solve the problems of the Middle East thinks your ideas are ridiculous."

Enjoy another 10 minutes of Stewart brand genius silliness.
