Jon Stewart Slams Our Cowardly Congress for Avoiding ISIS Debate

On last night's Daily Show, Jon Stewart discovered a surprising quirk of Britain's Parliament. Unlike their American counterparts, who seem more than willing to sit on the sidelines while America goes to war, British legislators engaged in actual debate over whether to participate in military action against ISIS. 

"Why aren't we getting all ... Parliamentary and talking about this?" Stewart wondered. As it turns out, Congressional inaction may have something to do with cynical political calculation.
