A new hard-hitting video, by Write who provide creative space for homeless youth is challenging the ways in which homeless youth are perceived in society, UpWorthy reported.

Performed by Kaila Love, the rap piece illustrates how contrary to the stereotypical image of a homeless child sleeping on the streets, the reality is very different, with most homeless youth choosing to sleep in their cars or couch surf with friends.  Such actions further increases their invisibility in society to their detriment perpetuating the problem.
