Jon Stewart: GOP Can't Capitalize On Obamacare Snags Because They're 'F*cking Nuts'

The Daily Show’s slashing coverage of the GOP-induced government shutdown continued last night, with Jon Stewart in usual form.

Stewart pointed to the main problem the Affordable Care Act has run into: the websites set up for health care exchanges have been crashing. But he quickly stated that the Republicans were “fucking nuts” and wouldn’t be able to capitalize on Obamacare’s troubles.

The most egregious and blatant incompetence still pales in comparison to these guys,” said Stewart, who then ran-down Republican officials’ insistence that defaulting on U.S. debt won’t happen if the debt ceiling isn’t raised.

To illustrate the difficulty of implementing Obamacare, he had on Samantha Bee as “Team Incompetence.” He also had on Jason Jones as “Team Nihilist,” whose solution was to say, “Fuck it.”
