Everybody is talking about marijuana legalization in Washington and Colorado, and they're all asking the same question: What's next? How can states legalize marijuana in a country where it is illegal? Last night on Bloomberg TV, one of the foremost experts on drug policy, Executive Director of the Drug Policy Alliance Ethan Nadelmann, explained not just the historic quality of mariuana legalizaiton in Washington and Colorado, but also what it means for America's future. While Nadelmann says legalization will create conflict between federal and state law, he explains that the issue is small compared to the problems with prohibition. Watch it:
