Prioritize Education, Not Militarization

End the doublethink of making the public pay for higher public education. How is something public if people have to directly pay for it out of their pockets to access it? Bail out existing students loans while we are at it.As for making it fit in a budget, lets begin closing the 800 permanent military bases that we have in other countries. This would free up more than enough funds to provide free higher education and bail out existing student loans (as well as for many other possibilities) -- and it also helps quicken the end of imperialism.
