Inspire Young People

Yes, Mr. Obama will be very busy addressing the economy, global climate change and Middle East. But, it is VERY important to inspire young people in this country. Start with teenagers. Let's encourage them to help their neighbors, the elderly (running errands, odd jobs or just visiting to provide companionship.) Teach small children how to play games, identify cars, stars, roller skate, ride bikes exercise, etc. (Act like a big brother or sister.) Encourage teenagers to address the litter problem on our roads & in our cities.

Address the needs of new mothers and babies. Set up home visits by nurses or knowledgable child care workers. Show new mothers in their own home without judgement, how to nurture their offspring. Benefit: decreased child abuse!
