Earlier this week Bush finally decided to change the course of his Stay the Course rhetoric. To change the rhetoric of staying the course, of course, but not the course itself.... of course.

But then he lied about it: "It's never been a 'stay the course' strategy." Umm, kay.

If it's depressing to have the president of the United States lie to your face, take heart in the fact that it kept Democratic and progressive video editors in business for at least a week.
