Taliban strikes peace deal with Bush ally

The Bush administration suffers another major set back in the War on Terror. Right after Bush says that Pakistan is a key ally, they strike a peace deal with the Taliban.

As US forces are bogged down in Iraq, Bin Laden and the Taliban just keep getting stronger. CBS recently ran a report on a Taliban resurgence in Afghanistan and now, as this video shows, they have control of a large part Pakistan.

In this report Brian Ross states:

"In effect the Pakistani government has said today that as long as Bin Laden and the Taliban promise to behave, they can stay in Pakistan and not be taken into custody."
