Via the Shobak.org mailing list, comes this letter from the former Chief Information Officer of Napster, Omar Ahmad, to Southwest Airlines.

Why Ahmad thinks a former Napster executive isn't due for a little profiling is beyond me, but I'm not sure that's the issue. His letter is the portrait of restraint, righteous indignation and humor. In other words, it's good (go to altmuslim.com to read more good things please):
