Q: When does Chris Hitchens feel naked?

Back in November, 2005, when that con Chalabi was in DC for a speech at the American Enterprise Institute, Chris Hitchens decided to hear the talk. A young guy at the event who keeps a blog had a chat with Hitchens afterward, and took notes from his chat. I printed out this quote and have pasted it on the inside of my locker:
"I noticed that Hitchens was without his Kurdish flag lapel pin. He has been wearing it for years as a symbol of what is possible and as a sign of solidarity with the long oppressed Kurds of northern Iraq. He said he had lost the pin and felt naked without it."

Ha Ha Ha.
