Rush jumps on Cheney

Good ol' Rush Limbaugh... fodder for ire and giggles alike here on the Left. This week he gave us a typically ugly reason to be pissed -- egging on an African-American caller who said liberals had a mental illness and that liberalism is a rebellion against God -- but alas, Jon Stewart comes to the rescue (again) with a simple, yet perfect, jab back.

Limbaugh was interviewing Dick Cheney about Harriet Miers, and was really giving him the once over about her lack of a record.

CHENEY: ... [The president's] convinced Harriet will do a great job on the court, as am I, and you'll find when we look back ten years from now that it will have been a great appointment.

RUSH: Well, that's what everybody is hoping. The question is: Why do we need to wait ten years?

Which is where Stewart jumped in with, "Yeah, Cheney? Not a good idea to keep an OxyContin addict waiting. They're not exactly known for their patience, 'kay?"

(Anyone have video? Add to the comments... I haven't found any yet.)
