Bush approval rating at 2% among African-Americans

Judd at Think Progress reports that Bush's approval numbers have hit a new milestone, or millstone, as the case may be:
A new NBC/Wall Street Journal Poll found that just 2 percent of African-Americans approve of his leadership. NBC’s Tim Russert � who called the number “a dramatic setback� � looked into it, and he could not “find a pollster who can remember any President ever getting just 2 percent approval from African-Americans.�Despite this staggering setback, the President cites exclusive polling data that puts his approval rating amongst omnipotent, omniscient, omnibeneficent beings at a steady 100%.
