A number of folks reporting on this, but you really do have to read it a few times to believe it: Ex-FEMA director Mike "Arabian Horse Guy" Brown has been rehired by FEMA 'as a consultant to evaluate the agency's response to the disaster.' They couldn't even think to try and hide him as a consultant somewhere in Homeland Security... no no, let's go for the gold and pay him to tell us how he completely screwed the victims of Katrina over.
