Shriveled-hearted tax crusader Grover Norquist has famously said:


"My goal is to cut government in half in twenty-five years, to get it down to the size where we can drown it in the bathtub."
Well, the irony of this particular expression of the Republican ideal was just too tragic for many to overlook in the wake of Katrina, so some anonymous person paired the quote with a photo of Katrina damage to make a rather viral image.

But it was organizer Andrew Boyd who decided to take it juuuust a step further. He raised $10K to create and then park a billboard of the image out front of Norquist's office... (Raw Story)
