Jessica writes: "A judge in Texas recently ordered a 17-year-old girl charged with using drugs to abstain from sex as a condition of her probation. You know, cause drug use and sex go hand in hand."

Fred Moss, a Southern Methodist University professor and former federal prosecutor, said: "Some conditions could be viewed as too draconian and violate someone's personal dignity... I'm not sure where the parameters are these days."

Or, in English:

"I wonder how this judge plans to enforce the ruling...weekly vagina checks?"

This judge also objects to cleavage, short-sleeved shirts, bad manners and, I'd imagine, pantaloons on women.

Jessica comments: "Sounds like someone needs a gavel removed from their ass." I'd prefer to have the ass removed from the bench. (Feministing)
