"Do you know what the U.S. interrogators are doing in our name?" asks hilzoy of Obsidian Wings. It's been more than a year since we saw snapshots of the Abu Ghraib "torture scandal," but we still haven't had an open Congressional investigation examining the torture practices of our nation. Do ticking time bomb scenarios actually occur, and if so, how often? Members of Congress received a negligible amount of letters demanding an open debate.
