And the airplane is Cuban," writes Richard of declassified documents revealing that Luis Posada Carriles, the "engineer" of a terrorist bombing of a Cuban jet that killed 73 people, was, in fact, a CIA agent. "Carriles is currently 'somewhere in Florida,' and requested asylum from the Bush administration back in March, as repayment for past services rendered." (All Spin Zone)
