Maher accused of 'treason'
"Declaring that one of the comedian's remarks 'borders on treason,' [Alabama Republican Spencer] Bachus has called for the end of [Bill Maher's] Real Time," writes D.E.D. "The comment that has Bachus upset was something Maher said with regard to the Army's recruiting problems: 'More people joined the Michael Jackson fan club. We've done picked all the low-lying Lynndie England fruit, and now we need warm bodies.' New Rules: The humorless, ignorant, irrational, phony, warmongering, low-lying Congressional fruit needs to climb into an appropriate rat hole and stay there." (DED Space)
