May 11, 2005
"First this..." writes fubar, noting Bush's awarding of the Presidential Medal of Freedom to George Tenet, the former head of the CIA, on whose watch America suffered its worst attack in over 50 years and who reportedly told Bush that it was "a slam dunk" that Iraq had WMD.
