Israel to bomb Iran

Oh the waves of tragic irony. "Just one day after the Financial Times reported -- to the indifference of the U.S. media -- that Iran was 'offering to halt development of most of its nuclear fuel cycle facilities...'" Israel is preparing to attack Iran's nuclear facilities. According to Doug Ireland, it's precisely this threat that's prompted the offer. The neocons, inflexible ideologues that they are, will probably not take the offer. Meanwhile, the so-called United Iraqi Alliance is neither united, allied or, depending upon whom you ask, Iraqi.
