The Secretary of State houses the Elections Department. The website has links to county clerks, monthly stats on registered voters by county and party.
EARLY VOTING: Nevada has early voting, which allows citizens to vote starting two weeks early. Not only is the extra time helpful, but also registered voters are allowed to vote at any early voting location in the County, as opposed to Election Day itself, where they must vote at their precinct polling station. This will make GOTV more effective.
CNN has available the total results for the 2000 and 2002 election for Nevada.
Useful Facts About Young Voters (provided by the New Voters Project):
o In the 2000 election, 31% of 18-24 yo�s turned out (compared to 36% for that age group nationally)
o 22% of 18-24 year-olds in Nevada are not students.
o Approximately 80% of 18 to 24 year olds in Nevada live in Clark county (Las Vegas).
