Heartthrob actors Ryan Phillippe and Channing Tatum star in this melodrama directed by Kimberly Pierce about Iraq War veterans grappling with the challenges of returning back home to America. A conflict emerges when Phillippe's character is called up yet again to serve in Iraq, a tragic situation which those of us who follow the war and the families who have loved ones serving in Iraq are all too familiar with. Will Stop Loss have the same fate of other Iraq war-themed films and box office bombs, In the Valley of Elah, Lions for Lambs and Rendition? Only time will tell. Check out the trailer for yourself to see what you think.
