Glenn Beck is on a roll. With strong backing from Clear Channel, he now has “the third highest-rated national radio talk show in America†-- and his program on CNN Headline News gives him a nightly platform to denounce progressive outlooks and promote right-wing positions. But the glib Beck got much more than he bargained for the other day (Dec. 17, 2007) when he interviewed author, AlterNet columnist and media critic Norman Solomon on national television.
