Bill Maher's New Rules: "America Has No Talent" [VIDEO]

On the debut episode of this season of Real Time with Bill Maher, we get some new rules based on lessons learned from the summer of '07.

In his trademark segment "New Rules", Maher runs down some important lessons learned from this past summer. Maher slams Victoria Beckham, "America's Got Talent" and plastic shoes. He also gets in some very good points about the press' obsession with Obama's racial background (Mitt Romney, now there's somebody who's not black enough to be president!) and Karl Rove's ventriloquist-dummy relationship with George W.
