The Nation reports:

Generally, conservatives and progressives are on opposite sides of every issue. But on the July 13 edition of Bill Moyers Journal, conservative constitutional scholar Bruce Fein, who prepared articles of impeachment against President Bill Clinton, and Nation Washington Correspondent John Nichols agreed that there is a substantial case for impeaching President Bush.
