Iraqi PM: Condi giving "moral boosts" to terrorists

In a subtle-as-Shrek diplomacy move last week, Condi Rice told the "sovereign" Iraqi government that should they be unable to stop sectarian violence -- aka Civil War -- they are living on "borrowed time."
That's democramacy.
The Iraqi PM didn't like having the Bush administration's tragedy pawned off on him (no matter how "grateful" the Iraqi population) so he struck back:
"I wish that we could receive strong messages of support from the US so we don't give some boost to the terrorists and make them feel that they might have achieved success."Ouch. The obvious truth of this statement doesn't change the fact that I don't know if that's a sincerely felt sentiment or a savvy PR move, but either way I think that old Biblical saw about living with the sword and dying by it fits the bill....
