Responding to Time's Person of the Year -- You -- The View's Joy Behar commented: "You have to put, like, a Hitler type [on the cover]... Like, you put Donald Rumsfeld there, or something." (Video right).

The beauty of the commedienne's comment is that it brings us full circle. This past Summer Rumsfeld compared Iraq War critics to Hitler appeasers:

Rumsfeld compared critics of his policies to people "in the decades before World War II" who believed Hitler "could be appeased" and "argued that the fascist threat was exaggerated — or that it was someone else’s problem."
Asked to comment, Behar responded: "I don't think that Rumsfeld is an evil person, in his heart, I just think he did some terrible things in this war."

So more like Idi Amin then?
