Anthrax attack on congress came from Army lab

According to Sherwood Ross, the 2001 Anthrax attacks on congress "likely" emanate from an U.S. Army lab by someone with access to a special suit allowing the perp to manufacture weapon grade Anthrax without danger. According to Dr. Francis Boyle who drafted the U.S. Biological Weapons Convention of 1989:
"I believe the FBI knows exactly who was behind these terrorist anthrax attacks upon the United States Congress in the Fall of 2001, and that the culprits were U.S. government-related scientists involved in a criminal U.S. government biowarfare program..."Before the culprit could be pinpointed, the FBI destroyed the samples.
