"After 18 years, it's time for somebody new," says Joe Lieberman in Ned Lamont's latest ad. "It's time for a change."

The new ad (right) uses the upstart Lieberman of 1988 to reveal that in some essential ways, Lieberman's become exactly what he decried: An entrenched incumbent with a poor attendance record.
