The Young Turks, the first nationwide liberal talk (and now TV) show, has "decided to go all the way. We will be live on-air until the Democrats make a decision to filibuster (or not). We don't know how long this will last, but The Young Turks will not go off the air until there is a conclusion."

YT host Cenk Uygur writes: "This could be short and painless if there is a decision quickly. But it could also be long and painful if the decision is not made for awhile."

The filibuster to force a filibuster starts at 6PM EST tonight [VIDEO/AUDIO].

Louisiana Lawyers For Alito

Below is a letter from the Louisiana Chapter of the Republican National Lawyers Association:
(Washington, DC) – A non-partisan letter was released today from over 50 leading lawyers and law professors from across Louisiana to Senator Landrieu calling for her to support Judge Alito’s confirmation to the Supreme Court...
PS: Somewhere between 2 and 5 of these 50+ "non-partisan Republicans" are women...
