(Editor's note: Click here to read the Republican National Lawyers Association's  response. They expand their definition of voter 'fraud,' but doing that against the paltry number of state-based prosecutions in their own study further only reinforces this commentary's point: single-digit instances do amount to a national trend, nor do they justify tightening voter access laws for millions of voters state by state.)
