A fourth woman is accusing Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain of sexual harassment — and this time, there is a name and a face to go along with the allegations.

Sharon Bialek, who is a registered Republican and tea party supporter, told reporters Monday that the then-CEO of the National Restaurant Association (NRA) had put his hand “under my skirt and reached for my genitals” while she was meeting with him about a job in mid-July 1997.

“She reached out to Mr. Cain for help in finding another job,” attorney Gloria Allred explained. “Mr. Cain, instead, decided to provide her with his idea of a stimulus package.”

“If all of these allegations by all of the women who have been reported to have made them are true then I, for one, am disgusted at Mr. Cain’s serial sexual harassment of women,” Allred added. “Because Mr. Cain, while running for president, is actively lying to Americans, showing disdain for our common sense and intellect, and showing that he could care less about the impact of his behavior on the dignity of these women.”

Bialek said that her boyfriend had booked a hotel room at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C., but she arrived to discover that Cain had upgraded the room to a “palatial suite.”

After discussing jobs over dinner at an Italian restaurant, she said Cain drove her to the National Restaurant Association offices, but did not take her inside.

“At that time, I had on a black pleated skirt, suit jacket and a blouse,” Bialek said. “Instead of going into the offices, he suddenly reached over and he put his hand on my leg, under my skirt and reached for my genitals. He also grabbed my head and brought it towards his crotch.”

“I said, ‘What are you doing? You know I have a boyfriend. This isn’t what I came here for,’” she recalled. “Mr. Cain said, ‘You want a job, right?’”

“I want you, Mr. Cain, to come clean. Just admit what you did. Admit you were inappropriate to people… and then move forward.”

Before the press conference had even ended, the Cain campaign released a statementdenying the allegations.

“Just as the country finally begins to refocus on our crippling $15 trillion national debt and the unacceptably high unemployment rate, now activist celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred is bringing forth more false accusations against the character of Republican front-runner Herman Cain,” the statement said.

“All allegations of harassment against Mr. Cain are completely false. Mr. Cain has never harassed anyone.”
