This gathering of progressives from all corners of the movement is setting to work for the next three days on building momentum for the taking back of the American dream. Today's live coverage from Free Speech TV features a much-anticipated speech by Van Jones, as well as remarks by U.S. Rep. Donna Edwards, D-Md., former Labor Secretary Robert Reich, and Robert L. Borosage of the Campaign for America's Future. Coverage begins at 10:00 a.m. EDT and continues through the evening. AlterNet's own Adele M. Stan will host afternoon coverage, beginning at 3:00 p.m., to include interviews with The Nation's Katrina vanden Heuvel and a freewheeling conversation with commentator and comic Elon James White, creator of This Week in Blackness.

Addie will share anchor duties with Latoya Peterson of Racialicious, David Pakman of the eponymous nationally syndicated radio program, and Demos fellow Chris Rabb, author of Invisible Capital: How Unseen Forces Shape Entrepreneurial Opportunity. Van Jones is scheduled to take the stage at 11:30 a.m. EDT. Find the conference schedule here. Tune in!
