At the Sotomayor hearings, one heckler looked very familiar. He's the same guy who disrupted Obama's Notre Dame speech.

As recounted in our story about Randall Terry's attempt to use the Supreme Court nomination hearings on Judge Sonia Sotomayor as a springboard for his comeback, a young man named Joseph breathlessly recounted, at a training session for Terry's acolytes, his planned disruption of the commencement address President Obama delivered at Notre Dame University in May. Guess who turned up again at Judge Sotomayor's hearing?
